PLEASE NOTE: With Lanquet you cannot return for free, the costs for returning are borne by the buyer.

Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order will still contain all parts and packaging exactly as you received it.

2. Breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

3. Products where hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before the return process starts.

4. The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.

5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

6. A return shipment will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return shipment will be officially recognized within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process.

Reason for the return request

Photo of the product in case of breakage

Address of the customer

Never send the return directly to the sender! 

You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which do not belong there to and is mainly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

Returns for shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course you can inform us in advance and inform us of your cancellation. In order to guarantee you a return shipment as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping label for confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for
this refund.

**ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT BUYER'S EXPENSE
